We cannot respond to cases of bullying happening in third-party messengers and social networks, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, and others. In such cases, we recommend using the user-blocking features available in these services to stop receiving threats and insults. If that doesn’t help, you should contact the support team of the respective messenger.
Please remember, within the game, there is a feature to add players to the blacklist, which helps prevent unwanted contact and messages.
